What kind of photos should I choose?
Choose photos that you love. Photos taken by a professional photographer are not necessarily better than those taken by an amateur. Any photo that captures a special moment or event will make your jewelry more meaningful. The best photos are sharp, focused and have nothing in the way of any of the faces. Note the pendant shape you are choosing compared to the photo that you are choosing. A circular pendant might not be the best choice if you are choosing a rectangular photo.
How will my photos be edited?
Photos are generally cropped close around the face and hair, to best fit the shape of the pendant that you choose. Part or all of the background can be removed. If you would like your photo cropped differently, please let us know. Color photos can be converted to black & white or sepia. Basic photo editing is included in the price of the jewelry.
Where & how do I send my photos?
The photo pendants are double sided. You can use two different photos or the same photo for both sides. You can e-mail them to justpicturethistx@verizon.net. JPEG’s of a minimum 300dpi are preferred. If you only have hard copies, they can be sent by US mail in a photo safe mailer to: Just Picture This -1824 Tree Line Rd - Flower Mound, TX 75028. All photos will be returned to you with your order. Please be sure to label your photos on the back with your name and phone number so we know who they belong to.
What if my order is a gift?
If your order is a gift for someone just let us know and we can include a personal note card with the package when it is delivered. When you send your pictures just let us know what text you would like written on the card.
What is the expected delivery time from when I place my order?
Pendant-only orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your photos and payment. Production time for photo bracelets and necklaces can be up to five days. USPS ground shipping time is additional. Please be aware of production times when you place your order. If you need something sooner, please choose appropriate shipping.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive notification by email with USPS tracking information when your order is shipped.
How do I clean my pendant?
As with all silver, the pieces will tarnish but can be easily cleaned. With each piece, a small container of liquid silver wax is included to keep your pendant shiny and beautiful. The photos are protected and sealed and will not be harmed by the polish.
Are the pendants waterproof?
The pendants are sealed with silver solder. They are cleaned with a liquid cleaner, washed with water then waxed with a liquid wax and shouldn't leak. They are water resistant but not waterproof. You should avoid under water exposure.
What is the return policy?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece we are unable to accept returns. Since each piece is made by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. If you are unhappy with your final product, we will work with you to adjust your piece to your satisfaction.
